Below is our statement on the processing of personal data by our company ACTIVISTA S.A. in accordance with Swiss legal requirements as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data processing statement (which may be referred to as the privacy policy) was updated on September 4, 2023.

Activista SA places great importance on protecting your data and adheres to the provisions of the new Data Protection Act (nLPD). This data protection document describes the processing of personal data collected on our websites.

1. Personal Data Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “data subject”).    • To access our online services such as booking appointments, reserving eyewear, or filling out contact forms, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, and phone number(s).
   • When you browse our website, we collect information about your behavior on our site, such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, and time spent. We use cookies for this (Cookies Policy).
3. Data Processing We use the information you freely provide to us to deliver the requested services, such as preparing in-store appointments, reserving eyewear, or sending personalized communications.

   The information related to your behavior on our sites is used to analyze and improve the quality of our websites.

You must submit an inquiry along with proof of identity to the address info@berdoz-vision.ch.

   We reserve the right to apply the restrictions provided by law, for example, when we are required to retain and process certain data, have a predominant interest (insofar as we can rely on it), or need it for the exercise of our rights.
